Aftan's Posing Plans consists of a 15Min Launch Call to give you the ins and outs of what to expect within a package purchased. Each package has 2x weekly video check-ins via WhatsApp. Skype Calls are 30min each week., In-Person check-ins will be if present at your show. Aftan will send posing material needed to know for "The Walk," Routines, and Comparisons. This also includes videos of drills to get better at (Moving Arms, Breathing, Turning etc...) Throughout our coaching together we will pick out the poses that best suits your personality and physique.
